Who We Are
We built Vertria because entrepreneurial development was broken. Too many programs offered inspiration without infrastructure — generic courses, disconnected mentorship, and no way to measure what was actually working. We believed that if you started with the individual — with who they actually are, not who they say they are — everything that follows becomes more relevant, more targeted, and more likely to produce real outcomes.

Vertria is built by a team of entrepreneurs, academic psychometricians, mentors, and educators who've each spent a decade in the work. We've started companies, run accelerators, taught classrooms, and designed assessments used by institutions worldwide. This is the tool we wish we'd had.
